Today we're gonna do just the meat and potatoes

434 Existing Single Family homes for sale in El paso county total, population of almost 740,000

148 of them are priced below the median price of $385,000, a third of those are outside of city limits

Multiple offers, escalation clauses to 30k or more, appraisal gaps of 20k or more all totally normal in our day to day.

Rates slightly up versus last week on election uncertainty but still near record lows.  Rates in the 2s and 3s all day long.

Let me ask you a question for you to ponder or get back to me on.  With our 4 trillion dollar federal budget deficit do you think that the United States as a nation will:

a.  Default on its obligations or

b.  Monetize the debt by printing money

and going forward do you think that we will

c.  Force austerity on the American people or

d.  Continue to print more money to devalue the debt?

10 years from now do you think real estate will be worth more in USD than today or less?
