Friday Update December 25, 2020

Folks Merry Christmas, happy holidays, happy upcoming new year.  I'm too fat to shoot a video and too lazy to write a lot today.  In a nutshell-

243 single family homes for sale in El Paso County, a new record by a long shot.  This will hopefully be the bottom and in a perfect world we will see a decent upswing of inventory about 2-3 weeks from now.  Time will tell.

Month to date 950 sales total with a median price steady at $380,000.

Nationally the big channels like CNBC made a headline of home sales falling.  This is due to a lack of inventory.  It's actually really difficult to help buyers find homes when there are none.

Interest rates stable and looking to stay that way for the near term regardless of what lenders or Realtors tell you.
